For those of you who still get giddy about the convenience that Zoom classes offer, below are the online class options.

No Rest for the Wicked

This is a monthly online class pass. Included are 6 live, online classes per week, 2 weekly Zoom recordings available for 7 days. Also included is a half hr POWER class and a 20-minute mobility and stretch routine per month. These classes are SFINNX style classes. Modifications are offered so that you can work to your own strengths. The recordings are very popular with people because if you can’t make a class, you can do a class in your own time!

Swipe Right - One to Ones. Online or In-person

A one-to-one that is a match made in heaven! We offer a 15 minute consultation call with you to establish your goals and get to know each other. You might be a golfer who wants a more enviable swing, a runner who needs to strengthen their glutes. Or maybe you’re unsure and would like our advice. We have lots on offer for you and can tailor the class that is especially for you!

We come to your home with some equipment from the box of tricks with us depending on your goals. 4KM from D6. We cycle!

One-to-One Packages

Option 1 - Single online class €90

Option 2 - Single class at your home €120 + 1 online class.

Option 3 - Buddy up! One-to-two’s. Online Single class €150. In Person €180 + 1 online class per week, each.

Box of Tricks

Some of this light equipment will make an appearance in your class. For online, the only light equipment that would be used is mini bands and flex bands. THEY ARE NOT ESSENTIAL, however. All exercises can be done without. However, if you want to take the class up a gear and add them to the exercises we are doing, mini bands are recommended for that. For in person and one to one, I bring the tricks!
